    Cheese made from raw milk of Manchego sheep and the qualification obtained Cheese Appellation of Origin, from all the routine checks.

    This cheese has a substantial presentation, with mild flavor with small eyes, all over inside.

    Semi-hard cheese with a minimum of 3 months treatment.

    Presented in parts 1, 2 and 3 kilos.

    Bark yellow-tagged, which indicates the ingredients, the label of the Denomination of Origin, production date and expiry date.

    Ingredients

    Raw sheep milk, lactic ferments, rennet, lysozyme (egg derived) antibutíricas salts, calcium chloride and salt.
